BBB has recently launched AI education classes (AEO AI) designed to help small businesses leverage new technologies like ChatGPT to improve marketing, customer engagement, and efficiency. In addition, BBB continues to provide essential services—from dispute resolution to advertising opportunities—that strengthen our local economy and ensure ethical, trustworthy business practices.
